Only if you want customers to pay online. Stripe is a payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. It processes your customers’ card payments and sends the money to your bank account. Opening an account is free, with no monthly fee. Stripe charges a fee per payment: from 1.5% + €0.25 for standard European cards, a bit more for premium and non-European cards. We’ll help you set it up. For booking requests only, you don’t need Stripe.
You do. Payments go to your own Stripe account. We never handle your customers’ money.
Yes. Your WhatsApp and phone number stay on your website.
Customer data stays in your own accounts: your website, your booking records and your Stripe. Nothing is stored on our servers.
The online booking stays on your website and keeps working. You get clear instructions on which settings are critical and how to handle them. If your team follows them, everything runs without problems. But mistakes happen, and without maintenance we can’t monitor your booking or guarantee it keeps running smoothly.
